Your DJ's Alive representative comes suitably attired & ready for action. If acting as your mc, they will announce your Bridal party in & once everyone is settled, make sure the appropriate music is played over dinner. When the time is right, they will lead you through the formal part of your reception. Then it's on to the dance floor to party the night/afternoon away. Our song list section on the web site gives you the opportunity to choose the songs you want played by clicking on the box next to those songs. This creates a list you can then email to us. It's just as important for you to tell us what you don't want played, or to be able to list songs that you would like played that you can't see on the lists. You will find the facility to do both. DJ's Alive have some cultural music. We are happy for you to supply any that you wish to have played.
At the end of your reception, your dj will take you through any farewell proceedings you wish to have.

Many people can't decide whether to have live music or a DJ for their Wedding. At 'DJ's Alive' we offer you the best of both worlds. Many of our DJ's are also professional singers/Musicians, with years of experience. This package includes live music over dinner, with your 'DJ's Alive' live performer. The same person is available to act as your mc & then your get down & party DJ for the remainder of the evening/afternoon. For cocktail parties, we can design the package to suit the occasion. With a mix of live & DJ music throughout the evening. This can also be enhanced to include two or more musicians (price quoted is for one musician / dj).

For those people who are a little nervous of a family member or friend pushing play at the wrong time. Or the quality of the sound system available at the chapel. Garden, or venue. DJ's Alive can supply a quality sound system, CD player, all music & operator to take care of pre ceremony music, Bridal entry, signing of the register & recessional (back down the aisle). Alternatively, we can supply a live singer for your ceremony taking care of all of the above (price on request).
For those couples that want total peace of mind, we offer our total peace of mind meeting. These are held at our office & generally take between one & two Hours. This is where we meet & design your wedding. If we are involved in your Ceremony, we help with music selections. For the reception we cover all MC information, introductions, speech order important moments & ideas etc. Your MC is also your Wedding coordinator.
This package comes with the lot (it saves you adding it all up). Price includes dj Ceremony (at the same venue as reception), peace of mind meeting & singing DJ for the reception for a duration of five Hours (from the commencement of pre-dinner drinks).
Part of the beauty of having a dj is that there are no real time limits. Unlike a band, your dj should be able to play all night. DJ's Alive extra time is charged @ $55 per half Hr.
