DJ’s Alive cater to every need. From a back yard barbeque to a gala event & everything in between.
Your DJ/MC comes suitably attired & fully equipped. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with a procedure form. This requests all the relevant information we require to make your event run smoothly. Along with this, please take advantage of our state of the art song selection feature on the web site. Simply click on the box next to the songs you want you want played. This is for you to tell us what music you would like. Not us telling you what you can have. We also have the facility for you to remove songs that you don’t want played & request songs that you can’t see on the lists.
Rest assured, we only use quality equipment when it comes to sound & lighting. All the latest & greatest hits are on hand to make sure your function is the one to remember. As with all our packages, complimentary M.C is available if required.
The following is our list of available services & prices. Fees are based on bookings up to 4 Hours in length. Extra time is available upon request. Travel time is charged for events outside the Melbourne metro & suburban areas. All prices include GST.
DJ PARTY 4Hrs $440
5Hrs $495
Includes DJ / MC, microphone for speeches etc. All sound & lighting is supplies & a wide range of music. Your dj arrives early & is set up half an hour before guests are due to arrive. We pride ourselves on being able to read a crowd & play what’s required. This is not to say we over ride your requests. Our aim is not to play taste police, but to play the right music for you & your guests.
LIVE DJ $770
(The best of both worlds)
Many people can't decide whether to have live music or a DJ for their function. At 'DJ's Alive' we offer you the best of both worlds. Many of our DJ's are also professional singers/Musicians, with years of experience. This package can be tailored to suit both formal dinner, or a cocktail environment. Live music over the dinner period, with your 'DJ's Alive' live performer. The same person is available to act as your mc & then your get down & party DJ for the remainder of the evening/afternoon. For cocktail parties, we can design the package to suit the occasion. With a mix of live & DJ music throughout the evening. This can also be enhanced to include two or more musicians (price quoted is for one musician / dj).
You will find footage of some of our ‘live dj’s’ in action in the above ‘live samples’ tab. Those performers, who don’t yet have video footage, have mp3’s that you can download & listen to.

EXTRA TIME (from) $55
Part of the beauty of having a dj is that there are no real time limits. Unlike a band, your dj should be able to play all night. DJ’s Alive extra time is charged @ $55 per half Hr.
