At 'DJ's Alive' we can set your mind at rest. Following confirmation, you would meet with your 'DJ's Alive' representative to discuss all your requirements. Here all aspects of your event are covered in detail to ensure your function runs smoothly & to time. From presentation of formal guests or Bridal party, speeches, order of events, through to an appropriate finale. This information would then be presented to you by way of our official 'Event procedure' form. This is so you can be fully aware of what will take place. If you feel changes should be made, or have a change of mind as to who, what & when, we are only a phone call away. Of course on the evening of the function we would liaise with the relevant parties (Coordinator, photographer, band, DJ, etc) to ensure your night runs oh so smoothly
Please note: With this package we require either use of an in house sound system, or that of the entertainment for the evening.
