Booking Terms & Conditions

It's always nice when someone shows their appreciation by saying thank you. It's even nicer when they take the time to put it in writing. Here are just a few examples of what many happy clients have had to say.

  1. All deposits are non-refundable where booking is cancelled by the client
  2. If your function is cancelled within 21 days of the due date, full payment is required, unless a function of equal remuneration can be secured. If the replacement booking is for a lesser amount than that of the function cancelled, the client is liable for the difference in fees
  3. Main meal & refreshments (beer, wine & soft drinks) are required items for all members.
  4. Where bookings are 2 Hours or more traveling distance from Melbourne, accommodation is required. (Separate rooms please) This includes continental breakfast the following day.
  5. Forms of payment.
    • Bank cheque, money order or cash are acceptable forms of payment at the time of your function. Please ensure that payment is received at the completion of the 1st set of music.
    • Personal cheques are acceptable 7 days prior to the engagement.
    • Electronic transfer is also available for payments. Transfers must be completed 2 days prior to your function. Please call for bank details.
  6. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that guests behave in an orderly manner toward the djs at all times. Excessively drunken or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance & performance would cease immediately. The client or guest would be liable for any damage to either equipment or personnel by inappropriate behavior.
